Shipping Policy

At Jooba, we are committed to delivering your products safely, transparently and with excellent service. This Shipping Policy was developed to provide all the necessary information about the shipping and delivery process, ensuring a complete and satisfactory experience when shopping with us.

Dispatch Deadline

The delivery time informed at the time of purchase starts counting from the date of payment confirmation. Only after this confirmation, your order will be prepared and dispatched. The preparation and dispatch period may vary between 1 to 3 business days.

Payment Method and Shipping

Standard shipping is free unless you choose other shipping methods. If other shipping options are available, the corresponding prices and delivery times will be displayed at the time of purchase, and will vary depending on the region and carrier.

Delivery time

Some of our products are imported and shipped directly from international manufacturers/suppliers located in countries such as the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany. Our rigorous curation process ensures that you receive excellent quality products. The average delivery time after posting is 8 to 12 business days.

For payments by credit card and Pix, approval usually occurs immediately after the purchase is completed, allowing for priority shipping.

Shopping Experience

According to our track record and customer feedback, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks of being posted. In specific cases, the delivery time may be extended due to external factors such as strikes, periods of high demand or other situations beyond Jooba's control.

Consumer Protection Period

Jooba guarantees delivery of all orders. We promise to fully refund the value of products lost or misplaced during delivery. All shipments are accompanied by loss insurance and free tracking, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

If there are delays and the product is not delivered within 70 business days after posting (except in situations beyond the store's control), we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

Important Information

Please note: Your orders may be shipped in separate packages, as they may come from different suppliers. Therefore, please do not worry if you receive your products at different times, this is normal.

If the order includes two or more items, each one may be sent separately, with a unique tracking code for each product.

Order Tracking

Orders are shipped via the Post Office or other carriers. A tracking code will be made available so you can track the progress of the delivery. Jooba is committed to guiding customers on how to track their order. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available and can be found in the section Track Your Order on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

Care with Addressing Orders

Jooba will ship the products to the address registered by the customer. We ask that you review the address before finalizing the purchase to avoid delivery problems. In some cases, the Post Office may leave a notice for collection at the nearest branch, if the recipient is absent or there are delivery restrictions in the region.

Recipient Absent

Make sure there will be someone available at the address to receive the products. The Post Office makes up to three delivery attempts. If no one is present at any of these attempts, the package will be forwarded to the nearest post office, where the recipient will have up to 7 calendar days to collect it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Jooba is not responsible for addresses that are filled out incorrectly or incompletely. Should this occur, the Post Office will not attempt delivery again, and the customer must seek recovery of the package directly from the Post Office. If the package is returned to our headquarters, a new shipping fee will be required for resending.
