Refund Policy

Jooba values ​​customer satisfaction. We understand that in some situations, it may be necessary to request an exchange or refund. Our policy has been designed to ensure a clear and efficient process.

Application Deadline

You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of delivery of the product, to request an exchange, return or refund. To start the process, contact us by email

Refund of Payments

In case of refund, Jooba will return the amounts paid using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund period may vary depending on the card administrator or payment method.

  • Credit card purchases : The refund period will follow the rules of the card administrator and may occur in up to two invoices, depending on the due date of your invoice.
  • Purchases via PIX : The refund will be made through the store's payment gateway, directly to the account of the PIX key used in the purchase, within 10 (ten) business days. If the PIX key is no longer available, we will contact you so that a new key can be provided.

Conditions for Exchange/Return

The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and manuals. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Refund Processing

The refund will be processed after the product has been received and analyzed at our Distribution Center. If the product meets the required conditions, the refund will be made according to the original payment method.

Exchange of Defective Products

In case of defective products, you have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to request an exchange. Please contact Customer Service for detailed instructions.

Shipping Cost in Case of Exchange

If the exchange or return is due to our error or product defect, Jooba will cover all shipping costs. In cases of exchanges due to customer preference or dissatisfaction, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Deadline for Receiving New Product

After confirmation of the exchange, a new product will be sent. Delivery times will be the same as the original purchase, and a new tracking code will be provided.

Exchange After Expired Term

Requests for exchange or return made after the 7-day period cannot be accepted.

Exchanges for Another Product

If you wish to exchange for another item available on our website, please contact us via email. If there is a price difference, additional payment or refund will be processed as necessary.

Change of Address for Exchange Delivery

If you have changed your address, please let us know during the exchange request process so we can update your delivery details.

Cancellation with Product Already Shipped

If you wish to cancel a purchase of a product that has already been shipped, please refuse to accept the product. The refund will be processed once the product is back in stock.
